Early Childhood Educator Level I/II/III

 

Job Description:

The Y Child development Centre- Martensville location- is seeking a professional, mature, energetic, responsible, and committed individual to join our team as a full-time Inclusion Support Educator/ECE (I/II/III) position. Our Martensville location provides care for children 6 weeks to 6 years old. Successful candidates will enjoy a membership to the YMCA Fit Centre including all registered classes, as well as a comprehensive benefits package after a 3-month probationary period.

Some duties include(but are not limited to):

· Planning developmentally appropriate and stimulating activities in a play-based environment

· Participating in physical activities

· Encouraging child-led activities through carefully chosen equipment and toys

· Teaching children the values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility and inclusiveness towards all living things

· Cleaning, organizing, and sanitizing

Requirements:

· ECE level I

· Related experience is an asset

· Current First Aid and CPR

· Current clear Criminal Record Check in the vulnerable sector/Clear Child Welfare/Child Abuse Check

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $15.25-$19.90 per hour
